1. Where are your island fabrics designed?

All our designs are made in New Zealand.

2. Do you have a brick and mortar store?

Yes, we do. We are located at 2/175 Cheltenham Road, Dandenong VIC 3175 or 14 Hertford Road, Sunshine VIC 3020

3. Can I order fabrics if I'm not in Australia?

You can, but you won't be able to over our website. You will have to either call us on +61 405 767 339 or email us on tokousofabrics@gmail.com

4. Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes you can, just chose the PayPal option for payment at checkout.

5. I do a returns or refund?

Unfortunately we don't do returns or refunds once the fabric is cut and sent out.

6. Can I get my parcel delivered to a P.O BOX? 

For deliveries inside Australia, we can deliver to PO Boxes, however we find it is best to deliver to a physical address if possible, due to the size of our parcels. 

7. When will my order get processed?

Orders usually get processed and posted out within 2 business days.
